ORDINANCE NO. 2145

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the utility easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the utility easement described as follows:

An easement over and across the East 25 feet of Lot 2, BENNETT SUBDIVISION, subject to an easement for existing utilities,

be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to existing utility easements.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1983.
