ORDINANCE NO. 2147

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point 30 feet South of the Northeast Corner of Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence West along the South line of F Road right-of-way to intersection with the centerline of 24 1/2 Road, thence South along said centerline to a point West of the Southwest Corner of Lot 1, Jacobs Commercial Subdivision, thence East to said Southwest Corner of Lot 1, thence East along the South line of said Jacobs Commercial Subdivision and said South line projected Easterly to the East line of 25 Road right-of-way, thence North along said East line of 25 Road to the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Carmack Minor Subdivision Replat, thence East along the North line of said Lot 1 to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 1, thence North to the South line of F Road right-of-way, thence West along said South line of F Road to the point of beginning.

to the zoning category C-2 (Heavy Commercial).
