ORDINANCE NO. 2153
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, the road right-of-way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation: and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction, and is intended to complete the vacation of certain rights-of-way and easements in the area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the portion of road right-of-way described in Book 862 at Page 370 of the records of the GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder, be vacated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1983.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2153, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 2nd day of November, 1983, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
