ORDINANCE NO. 2157

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the right-of-way hereinafter described, to wit:

15th Street right-of-way south of Winters Avenue as shown on the plat of Colorado West Development Park Filing II,

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1983.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2157, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of November, 1983, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
