ORDINANCE NO. 2185
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the right-of-way more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 78, Tech del Sol, Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, of the Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, then along the four following courses: (1) northwesterly 40 feet along the projection of the southwesterly line of Lot 78; (2) northwesterly 180 feet to a point 40 feet northwesterly from the northwesterly corner of Lot 86; (3) southeasterly 40 feet along the projection of the east line of Lot 86; (4) southwesterly 180 feet along the northwesterly line of Tech del Sol to the beginning,
be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to easements for existing utilities and drainage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1984.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2185, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 18th day of April, 1984, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
