ORDINANCE NO. 2188

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point South 89 deg. 59 min. East 135 feet and South 30 feet from the Northwest Corner of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian; thence South 125.00 feet; thence East 29.18 feet; thence South 50.13 feet; thence West 134.18 feet; thence North 175.43 feet; thence South 89 deg. 59 min. East 105.00 feet to the point of beginning;

from the zoning category PB (Planned Business) to RSF-8 (Residential Single-Family).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1984.
