ORDINANCE NO. 2190

 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

 

WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

 

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the right-of-way more particularly described as follows:

 

That part of the North/South alley in Block 93, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, lying between Lots 6 through 10, on the West and Lot 11 on the East in said Block 93,

 

be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to easements for existing utilities.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1984.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2190, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of May, 1984, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
