ORDINANCE NO. 2192
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2185, VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY IN TECH DEL SOL SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2185, recorded in Book 1493 at Page 237 of the Mesa County, Colorado, records, the City Council sought to vacate a right-of-way in Tech Del Sol Subdivision in the City; and
WHEREAS, the description of the right-of-way vacated was in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That Ordinance No. 2185 be amended so that the description of the right-of-way to be vacated reads as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 78, Tech Del Sol, Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1 of the Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, then along the four following courses: 1) northwesterly 40 feet along the projection of the southwesterly line of Lot 78; 2) northeasterly 180 feet to a point 40 feet northwesterly from the northeasterly corner of Lot 86; 3) southeasterly 40 feet along the projection of the East line of Lot 86; 4) southwesterly 180 feet along the northwesterly line of Tech Del Sol to the beginning, subject to easements for existing utilities and drainage.
