ORDINANCE NO. 2199

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

A tract of land being a part of the W2 of the SW4 of the SE4, Sec 3, T1S, R1W, Ute Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the NE Cor of the W2 of the SW4 of the SE4, Sec 3, T1S, R1W, Ute Meridian; thence N 89 deg. 59 min. W 440 ft along the N line of the SW4 of the SE4; thence S 465 ft; thence E 89 ft; thence S 285 ft; thence E 25 ft; thence N 285 ft; thence E 326 ft, more or less, to the E line of the W2 of the SW4 of the SE4 of Sec 3; thence N 465 ft along the E line of the W2 of the SW4 of the SE4, Sec 3, to the point of beginning;

from RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - 4 Units per acre) to PB (Planned Business).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1984.
