ORDINANCE NO. 2200

 

AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE APPLICATION FEES FOR CERTAIN BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Sections 4-1(d)(1), 4-1(d)(2), 4-1(e)(1), and 4-1(e)(2), all of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to read as follows:

 

1. Section 4-1(d)(1): "For a new license: FOUR hundred fifty dollars ($450.00)."

 

2. Section 4-1(d)(2): "For a transfer of location or ownership: TWO hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)."

 

3. Section 4-1(e)(1): "For a new license: FOUR hundred fifty dollars ($450.00)."

 

4. Section 4-1(e)(2): "For a transfer of location or ownership: TWO hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)."

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1984.
