ORDINANCE NO. 2222
CONCERNING THE RECORDS DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That Section 2-26 of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:
"Section 2-26. Records Department.
It is the function of the records department to keep all city records as specified by the city charter. The city clerk assists the city manager in research activities and miscellaneous administration. THE CITY CLERK ALSO SERVES AS CLERK TO THE CITY COUNCIL. This department shall be responsible for such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by resolution of the city council."
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1985.
