ORDINANCE NO. 2225
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:
Beginning at a point 30 feet East of the Northeast corner of Block 11 Fairmount Subdivision, thence South 376.5 Feet, thence N 89 deg. 50 min. W 78.25 feet, thence South 5.2 feet, thence West to a point 165 feet East of the West line Block 11 Fairmount Subdivision, thence North 102.2 feet, thence West 170 feet, thence North to a point West of the point of beginning, thence East to the point of beginning.
from the zoning category RSF-8 (Residential single family - 8 units per acre) and PB (Planned Business) to PB (Planned Business).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1985.
