ORDINANCE NO. 2227

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Lots 15 and 16, Block 6, Fairway Park Subdivision and beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 15, thence East 100 feet, thence South 310 feet, thence West 100 feet, thence North 310 feet to beginning;

to the zoning category PR-8 (Planned Residential - 8 units per acre).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1985.
