ORDINANCE NO. 2261

AN ORDINANCE MAKING CERTAIN SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE CITY.

BY IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following sums of money be appropriated to the funds indicated from the sources as stated, to wit:

1. That the sum of $19,253 be appropriated to Fund 103, Downtown Development Authority Operations Fund, from unappropriated interest and monies within that fund.

2. That the sum of $500,000 be appropriated from Fund 105, Parkland Expansion Fund, to Fund 304, Swimming Pools, with $254,312 of that sum appropriated to construction costs for Lincoln Park Pool.

3. That the sum of $55,000 be appropriated to Fund 306, Tiara Rado Golf Course, from Fund 107, Golf Course Expansion, with $49,160 of that sum appropriated to golf course green improvements.

4. That the sum of $118,943 be appropriated to Fund 100, General Fund, from Fund 202, Federal Aid Urban Systems, from unappropriated reimbursement funds from the State.

5. That the sum of $8,642 be appropriated to Fund 207, Alley Improvement Fund, from unappropriated funds within Fund 100, General Fund.

6. That the sum of $76,707 be appropriated to Fund 902, Sewer Fund, from Fund 210, Downtown Alley Renovation Fund.

7. That the sum of $790 be appropriated to Fund 211, Venegas Special Improvement District Fund, from unappropriated funds in Fund 100, General Fund.

8. That the sum of $2,947 be appropriated to Fund 212, Downtown Development Authority Improvement Fund, from unappropriated funds within that fund.

9. That the sum of $348,468 be appropriated to Fund 213, Economic Development Fund, from unappropriated monies in Fund 100, General Fund.

10. That the sum of $57,509 be appropriated to Fund 100, General Fund, from Fund 543, 1983 Street Improvement District Fund.

11. That the sum of $75,289 be appropriated to Fund 902, Sewer Fund, from unappropriated monies received from the United States and the State of Colorado for flood damage repair.
