ORDINANCE NO. 2262

RAISING THE TANK RATE FOR WATER.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 31-16 of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

"Minimum charge for 300 gallons or less $1.50

For each additional 100 gallons thereafter .50"

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1986.
