ORDINANCE NO. 2269

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2133 OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION CONCERNING WAGE DISCRIMINATION IN THE CITY.

 

WHEREAS, in 1983 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2133 believing that the Ordinance would be of benefit in annual wage and salary discussions in the City as an aid in setting salaries and wages; and

 

WHEREAS, the new system would alter the processes set out in Ordinance No. 2133 and eliminate the need for said Ordinance No. 2133;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Ordinance No. 2133 is hereby repealed.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1986.
