ORDINANCE NO. 2284

CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF "CONTRACTOR" IN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 7-31(c) be amended by the addition of a Section (5) reading as follows:

"(5) One who would otherwise be considered a contractor hereunder but is working as a subcontractor for a contractor who licensed hereunder."

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1986.
