ORDINANCE NO. 2286

CONCERNING RIDING SKATEBOARDS ON CITY SIDEWALKS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction is amended by the addition of a section 19-26, reading as follows:

"Section 19-26. Riding Skateboards on Sidewalks.

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall ride a skateboard upon a sidewalk."

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1986.
