ORDINANCE NO. 2291

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

 

Beginning at the SW Cor of Lot 22, Bella Vista Sub, Sec. 2, T1S, R1W, Ute Principal Meridian, thence E along the N right-of-way line of G Road to the intersection of the W right-of-way line of 12th Street, thence N along said right-of-way line to the S right-of-way line of Kimberly Drive, thence W along said S right-of-way line to the E right-of-way line of Victor Drive, thence S along said E right-of-way line to the point of beginning.

 

to the zoning category RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - 4 units per acre).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1986.
