ORDINANCE NO. 2307
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:
All that portion of Lot 37 in Block 11 of FAIRMOUNT SUBDIVISION, as per map thereof recorded in Book 1, Page 19 of Maps, and all that portion of the NW4 of Sec 12, T1S, R1W of the Ute Meridian, described as follows: Beginning 10 ft W of the SW Cor of said Lot 37; thence N 90 ft; thence E 100 ft; thence S 90 ft; thence W to the point of beginning, EXCEPT the W 5 ft thereof,
from RSF-8, (Residential Single-Family - 8 units per acre) to PB (Planned Business) zone.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1986.
