ORDINANCE NO. 2315

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the alley more particularly described as follows:

North/South alley as platted in Block 2 of the Ernest T. Sparn Subdivision,

be and the same is hereby vacated subject to easement for utilities.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
