ORDINANCE NO. 2318

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Beginning S 89 deg. 31 min. E 287.75 ft. and S 00 deg. 07 min. 251.7 ft. from the NW Cor of th SW4 of the SE4 of the SE4 of Sec 10, T1S, R1W, Ute Meridian, thence S 00 deg. 07 min. W 75 ft., thence S 89 deg. 31 min. E 207.95 ft., thence N 00 deg. 07 min. E 75 ft., thence N 89 deg. 31 min. W 207.95 ft. to beginning.

AND

Beginning N 330 ft. and W 369.1 ft. and S 00 deg. 05 min. E 127.91 ft. from the SE Cor of Sec 10, T1S, R1W, Ute Meridian, thence N 00 deg. 05 min. W 127.91 ft., thence W 920 ft., thence S to the N li of Highway 6 & 24, thence SEerly and Eerly along said Highway li to beginning except beginning W 1190 ft. and N 326.9 ft. from SE Cor of said Sec 10, thence W 130 ft., thence S 41 ft., thence Eerly along said Highway 132 ft., thence N to beginning,

from PZ (Public Zone) to C-2 (Heavy Commercial) zone.
