ORDINANCE NO. 2323

AN ORDINANCE RAISING THE SEWER SERVICE CHARGES IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That subsection 25-44(b) is amended to read:

"(b) Beginning with the first billings sent out February 1, 1987, the TOTAL RATE PER E. Q.U. will be NINE DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($9.40)"
