CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 

1. Lots 17, 18 and the East Half of Lot 19, Block 139 CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION,

 

be changed in zoning from C-2 (Heavy Commercial) to PZ (Public Zone);

be changed in zoning from PZ (Public Zone) to PR-28 (Planned Residential - 28 units per acre); and

 

4. A tract of land situate in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado and being a part of the NW4 NE4 NW 4 of Section 12, Township 1 south, Range 1 west of the Ute Meridian being more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the NW corner NE4 NW4 of said Section 12, and considering the west line NW4 NE4 NW4 of said Section 12 to bear S 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. W with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto;
