ORDINANCE NO. 2337
PROHIBITING TRESPASSING WITHIN THE CEMETERIES OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
1. That Section 19-25 of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction is amended by changing the opening paragraph to read:
"It shall be unlawful to commit trespass in the City of Grand Junction. Private property within this section shall include private property where the public is a business invitee. A person who commits trespass if he or she unlawfully:"
2. That said Section 19-25 is also amended by the addition of a subsection (6) reading:
"(6) Enters upon or remains in any of the public cemeteries of the City of Grand Junction between the hours of 10:00 o'clock P.M. *unless the person is an employee of the City acting in the course of his employment."
