ORDINANCE NO. 2346

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easement more particularly described as follows:

A ten foot easement on the North side of Lot 7, Block 16 of Pheasant Run, Spring Valley, Filing #6, Mesa County, Colorado,

is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1987.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2346, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 20th day of May, 1987, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
