ORDINANCE NO. 2350

CORRECTING VACATION OF A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ABUTTING TECH DEL SOL SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance No. 2328, recorded in Book 1633 at Page 945 of the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, sought to vacate certain right-of-way abutting Tech Del Sol Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado; and

WHEREAS, the description of the vacated portion of right-of-way was incorrect, requiring an amendment of Ordinance No. 2328;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the description of right-of-way contained in Ordinance No. 2328, recorded as indicated, is corrected to read as follows:

Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 86, Tech Del Sol, Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1 of the Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, Mesa County Colorado, thence along the following six courses: (1) North 35 deg. 13 min. 30 sec. West, along the projection of the easterly line of Lot 86, 40 feet; (2) thence North 54 deg. 46 min. 30 sec. East, parallel with the centerline of Horizon Drive, 51.64 feet; (3) thence along the arc of a curve to the left, concentric with the centerline of Horizon Drive, having a radius of 1060 feet, a central angle of 18 deg. 55 min. 58 sec. and a long chord which bears North 45 deg. 18 min. 32 sec. East 348.67 feet; (4) thence South 89 deg. 50 min. 20 sec. East 74.00 feet; (5) thence South 33 deg. 46 min. 05 sec. East, 54.51 feet to the northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of Tech Del Sol; (6) thence South 54 deg. 46 min. 30 sec. West, along the northeasterly line of Tech Del Sol, 454.51 feet to the point of beginning.
