ORDINANCE NO. 2352

AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the easements hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacations have been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easements more particularly described as follows:

That 15-foot wide utility, drainage and irrigation easement running north and south along the easterly boundary line of Lot 1, Block 1 in LANDING HEIGHTS NURSING CARE CENTER in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, as the same appears in Plat Book 11 at Page 158 in the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, and

That 15-foot wide ingress and egress easement running north and south for a length of 200 feet within the interior of Lot 1, Block 1 in LANDING HEIGHTS NURSING CARE CENTER in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, the northeasterly corner of which lies South 89 deg. 50 min. west 200 feet from the northeast corner of said Landing Heights Nursing Care Center, as the same appears in Plat Book 11 at Page 158 in the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder,

are hereby vacated.
