ORDINANCE NO. 2357

 

CONCERNING THE POSTING OR DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS AND SIMILAR MATERIAL IN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Section 3-3 of Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read:

 

"Section 3-3. Distributing published matter in OR ON vehicles OR IN A MANNER likely to cause litter.

 

It shall be unlawful to post, affix or distribute any handbill, poster, placard, circular, writing, paper or similar device in OR ON any vehicle or in such a manner that it is liable to be blown or scattered about in the city."
