ORDINANCE NO. 2360

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the center of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North along the centerline of said Section 10, 659.5 feet, thence South 89 deg. 54 min. East 660 feet, thence North 77 feet, thence South 89 deg. 54 min. East 219.13 feet, thence south 24 deg. 48 min. West 73.72 feet, thence South 18 deg. 19 min. West 387.6 feet, thence South 50 deg. 39 min. East 127.20 feet, thence South 36 deg. 50 min. East 161.74 feet, thence South 49 deg. 32 min. East 129.20 feet to the South line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence West along said South line to the Point of Beginning;

AND

beginning South 89 deg. 54 min. East 660 feet from the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; thence South 89 deg. 54 min. East 663.1 feet, thence South 34 deg. 05 min. West 138.1 feet, thence South 16 deg. 41 min. West 157 feet, thence South 58 deg. 28 min. West 287 feet, thence South 24 deg. 48 min. West 184.28 feet, thence North 89 deg. 54 min. West 219.13 feet, thence North 583 feet to Beginning,

to the zoning category PR-10 (Planned Residential - 10 units per acre).
