ORDINANCE NO. 2364

CORRECTING THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION IN ORDINANCE NO. 2356, VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the description of the portion of the right-of-way vacated in Ordinance No. 2356 is amended to read as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 24, Block 1 of the Amended Plat of Crawford Subdivision in the City of Grand Junction; thence North 11.0 feet; thence East 78.09 feet to the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad right-of-way; thence South 40 deg. 12 min. East along said railroad right-of-way 14.40 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 24; thence West along the north boundary line of said Lot 24, 87.39 feet to the Point of Beginning, all in Mesa County Colorado.
