ORDINANCE NO. 2381

REPEALING THE CODE SECTION ALLOWING SUBCONTRACTORS TO BE UNLICENSED WHEN WORKING FOR A CONTRACTOR LICENSED IN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 7-31(c)(5) of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction is hereby repealed, effective January 1, 1989.
