ORDINANCE NO. 2387

AMENDING THE ZONING CODE TO PERMIT OUTDOOR SALES OF CARS, VANS AND LIGHT TRUCKS IN THE I-2 (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONE)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the City of Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code is hereby amended by changing the zone matrix, Section 4-3-4 thereof, to provide for outdoor retail sales of cars, vans and light trucks to be allowed as a conditional use in the I-2 (Heavy Industrial Zone).
