ORDINANCE NO. 2388

VACATING THAT PORTION OF HEATHER DRIVE LOCATED BETWEEN ASH DRIVE AND IVANHOE WAY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That that portion of Heather Drive located between Ash Drive and Ivanhoe Way and located within the Sunset Terrace replat in the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby vacated; subject, however, to the reservation by the City of Grand Junction of utility easements lying under, over or across said right-of-way and subject to the restriction that the vacated portions of the right-of-way shall not constitute separate parcels for any purpose but shall become a part of the respective abutting lot(s).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1988.
