ORDINANCE NO. 2403

VACATING AN ALLEYWAY IN WILSON'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 2 MOBLEY'S SUBDIVISION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That a portion of the north-south alleyway in Wilson's Subdivision of Block 2 Mobley's Subdivision, in Mesa County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 12.86 feet North and 127.9 feet East of the SW corner of Lot 16 of said Block 2, thence N 0 deg. 05 min. 45 sec. E 33.8 feet; thence N 61 deg. 45 min. E 4.65 feet to the East line of said present dedicated alley, thence S 0 deg. 05 min. 35 sec. W along said East line 38.40 feet, thence N 59 deg. 35 min. W 4.75 feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
