ORDINANCE NO. 2404

 

REZONING FROM RMF-32 TO PB THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 704 ELM STREET AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 70.5 FEET OF LOT 1 OF ELM AVENUE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 14 OF CAPITAL HILL SUBDIVISION, EXCEPT THE SOUTH FOUR FEET, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, MESA COUNTY, COLORADO

 

The Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted:

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

The property described as the south 70.5 feet of Lot 1 of Elm Avenue Subdivision of Lot 14 of Capital Hill Subdivision, except the south four feet, City of Grand Junction, with a street address of 704 Elm Street, is hereby rezoned to Planned Business (PB) from its existing zoning of RMF-32.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
