ORDINANCE NO. 2405
REZONING FROM C-2 TO RMF-64 THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 125 OURAY AVENUE (A.K.A. 127 OURAY AVENUE) AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 6 AND ALL OF LOT 7 IN BLOCK 77 OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION
The Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the property described as the east 15 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7, Block 77 of the City of Grand Junction with a street address of 125 Ouray Avenue (a.k.a. 127 Ouray Avenue) is hereby rezoned to Residential Multi-Family (RMF-64) from its existing zoning of C-2.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
