ORDINANCE NO. 2411

VACATING A PORTION OF THE NORTH/SOUTH UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 22, BLOCK 13, PHEASANT RUN, SPRING VALLEY, FILING SIX

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That portion of the utility easement located along the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 22, Block 13 of Pheasant Run, Spring Valley-Filing No. Six, a subdivision of the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and being more specifically described as follows:

Beginning at a point which bears S 00 deg. 00 min. 13 sec. W 17.19 feet and N 89 deg. 59 min. 47 sec. W 4.78 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 22, Block 13 of Pheasant Run, Spring Valley-Filing No. Six; thence S 44 deg. 13 min. 28 sec. W 7.49 feet; thence N 00 deg. 00 min. 13 sec. E 10.45 feet along the West line of the above mentioned utility easement; thence S 45 deg. 46 min. 32 sec. E 7.28 feet to the point of beginning containing 27 square feet, more or less be, and hereby is vacated.
