ORDINANCE NO. 2420

VACATING THE EAST/WEST ALLEY EAST OF 7TH STREET BETWEEN COLORADO AVENUE AND UTE AVENUE

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an alley, set forth in Section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the alley described as follows:

East-West alley within Block 128 lying East of Easterly right-of-way of 7th Street and West of West right-of-way of North-South alley between Ute and Colorado Avenues, as shown on the original town plat for the City of Grand Junction, Colorado,

is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1989.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2420, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 15th day of February, 1989, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
