VACATING THE EAST/WEST ALLEY BETWEEN 2ND STREET AND 3RD STREET NORTH OF GRAND AVENUE

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an easement, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

East/west alley within Block 76 as shown on the original town plat in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.

is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1989.
