ORDINANCE NO. 2429

AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE TO PERMIT ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONE (I-2)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

Figure 4-3-4, Use/Zone Matrix of the Zoning and Development Code of the City of Grand Junction, under the heading of AMUSEMENT BUSINESS, INSIDE is hereby amended by the adding of an additional subheading to read as follows:

ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS as a conditional use in the heavy industrial zone (I-2).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1989.
