ORDINANCE NO. 2433

RENUMBERING SECTIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION INVOLVING SUBDIVISION AND REPEALING A PROVISION CONCERNING THE KEEPING OF ANIMALS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

1. Section 6-13 is hereby deleted in its entirety;

2. All of Chapter 27, entitled "Subdivision," is hereby repealed;

3. A new Section 27-1 is hereby adopted to read in its entirety as follows:

Section 27-1: The subdivision regulations of the City of Grand Junction have been adopted as a part of the Zoning and Development Code of the City of Grand Junction. Such provisions and regulations are incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth.
