ORDINANCE NO. 2439

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 1041 MESA AVENUE

The City Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code, and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1041 MESA AVENUE AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 10 IN BLOCK 6, GARFIELD PARK SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

is hereby rezoned from RSF-8 TO PZ.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1989.
