ORDINANCE NO. 2441

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 536 AND 546 OURAY AVENUE

The Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 536 AND 546 OURAY AVENUE AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 21 THROUGH 28 ALL IN BLOCK 60, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

Is hereby rezoned from RMF-64 and PZ to PB.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1989.
