ORDINANCE NO. 2442

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 537 CHIPETA AVENUE

The Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 537 CHIPETA AVENUE AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 9, ALL OF LOT 10 AND THE WEST 1/4 OF LOT 11 ALL IN BLOCK 60, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

Is hereby rezoned from RMF-64 to PZ.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1989.
