ORDINANCE NO. 2443

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 1838 NORTH 12TH STREET

The City Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Zoning and Development Code, and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

All of Block 1 and Block 2, Overhill Annex, City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado.

Is hereby rezoned from B-3 and RSF-8 to PB, subject to the provisions of Resolution No. 37-89 passed and adopted on September 6, 1989.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1989.
