ORDINANCE NO. 2445

 

ZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 2470 AND 2472 PATTERSON ROAD.

 

The Council finds that the lands described have been annexed to the city requiring the application of a city zoning designation and that the Planning Commission has recommended such a zoning;

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the following lands be zoned as indicated:

 

Parcel No. 1: The E2 of the W2 of the SE4 of the SW4 of the SE4 of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian.

 

Parcel No. 2: The E2 of the SE 4 of the SW4 of the SE4 of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian.

 

are hereby zoned PB.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1989.
