ORDINANCE NO. 2452

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TANK RATE FOR WATER IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Sections 31-16 of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

"Water sold by the tank by the City shall be charged for at the following rates:

Minimum charge for 300 gallons or less . . . $1.95

For each additional 100 gallons thereafter . . . $0.66"
