ORDINANCE NO. 2453

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SEWER SERVICE CHARGES IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That subsection 25-44(b) is amended to read:

"(b) Beginning with the first billings sent out January 15, 1990, the TOTAL RATE PER E.Q.U. will be TEN DOLLARS and THIRTY-FIVE CENTS ($10.35)."
