ORDINANCE NO. 2466

VACATING THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN NORTH 3RD STREET AND NORTH 4TH STREET SOUTH OF GLENWOOD AVENUE

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating a right-of-way, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

The north-south alley adjacent to the west of Lot 5, Block 12 of Sherwood Addition to the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado,

is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1990.
